These Policies apply to GPX Services Pty Ltd, referred to in this document as “the Company”.
The Company will address its policies under the following headings.
Section 1 Occupational Safety and Health (OS&H) Policy.
1.1 All work undertaken by the Company will be in accordance with any Acts, Regulations, Laws or Client imposed conditions under OS&H Policies; including those of foreign countries.

3.1 The Company will implement its Best Operating Practices and Risk Management Policies to acquire accurate mineral resources geophysical data for the client within the contractual time frame.

for Ground Geophysical Transmitters.
4.1 The Company is committed to provide the GPX Staff with fully functional Electrical Generating Equipment for all Surveys.
This statement addresses its procedures under
the following headings.
Section 1A Occupational Safety and Health
Procedures.
Section 1A Occupational
Safety and Health (O,S&H) Procedures.
The Company Directors, Management & Staff are committed to implementing and maintaining the principles of Occupational Safety and Health in all aspects of Company work as far as is reasonable and practicable.
1A.1 The Company obtains copies of the Acts, Regulations, Laws or Client conditions of that state or territory in which the survey is conducted and complies with the directions therein.
1A.2 All Company personnel, trained with the equipment for which they are directly responsible are responsible to the Company to alert other personnel to the hazards of that equipment. These hazard alerts may be in the form of warning labels, signs or some other method complying with written instructions.
1A.3 All Company personnel are required to wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) provided by the Company:
1A.7 The Company uses the AS/NZS ISO: 1885.1-1990 Workplace Injury and Disease Recording Standard as a general guideline for reporting accidents and injuries to the Public body responsible for recording injuries. Copies of the workplace injury reports are kept with the Company.
1A.8 The Company maintains an Emergency Procedure for each survey operation listing the closest medical or aid facility and the appropriate medical evacuation method available.
1A.9 The Company communicates this Policy to all Company personnel and seek their input to audit, review and improve the OS&H policy. This procedure may be formalised with the Improvement /Incident/ Accident Report Form to investigate and acquit any hazardous occurrence.
A Hazard is anything that may result in injury to a person.
Appendix 1 Section 1A refers to the Accident/Incident Report.
In addition copies of the WorkSafe Western Australia compulsory Notification of Injury or Disease Reports are provided for information.
1A.10 The Company maintains a Drug and Alcohol Policy as follows.
1A.11 The Company maintains training records covering Company survey activities for its personnel.
1A.12 The Company has minuted Safety Meetings quarterly at office locations and pre-start up of all surveys with toolbox Safety Meetings if and when required.
1A.13 The Company audits this O, S&H Procedure Section 1A if and when required or at periods not exceeding (18) months.
Section 2A Environmental Procedures
2A.1 The Company abides by the Acts, Regulations, Laws, or Client conditions relating to any environmental concerns pertaining to Company activities.
2A.2 The Company manages Waste Materials in a responsible manner as follows.

3A.1 The Company provides 'on job training' for field crew to learn and understand the principles of safe operating of Ground Geophysical surveys.
3A.2 The Company Procedures for Safe Operating of Ground Geophysical Transmitters is found at Section 4A.
3A.3 The Company uses the AS/NZS ISO 4360:1999 Risk Management & AS/NZS ISO: 3931 1998 (Int) : Risk Analysis Application Guide as general guidelines for applying Risk Analysis to minimise hazards for Company Surveys.

3A.5 The Company Procedures to Vehicle serviceability follows.
All GPX controlled vehicles must be well maintained & driven in accordance with safe operating procedures.
The first driver of the vehicle for the day is responsible for checking the engine oil level and radiator water and a general serviceability plus items of equipment listed are carried.
3A.6 The Company Procedures to Motor Generator Serviceability follows.
Prior to start up each day and following transit to a new operating site, the Motor Generator must be checked for any damage that may have occurred as the result.
3A.7 The Company Procedures to Ground Geophysical Transmitters serviceability follows.
This routine must be carried out prior to starting survey operations.
3A.8 The Company Procedures to maintain field hand held radios follows.
3A.9 The Company is committed to audit and improve Best Operating Procedures to provide Clients with the best possible geophysical data available.
Section 4A Company Safe Operating Procedures for Ground Geophysical Transmitters.
LIST OF RULES
1) All crew members shall be trained and fully conversant with the safe operations of the equipment, and are bound by the O,S&H Act and other Regulations.
1.2 It is the Company's policy to avoid harm to all personnel who may be affected by its operations.
1.3 The Company will provide trained staff for all its operations.
1.4 At least one member of each field team is required to hold a current Senior First Aid certificate or higher para-medical qualification.
1.5 The Company will maintain a comprehensive First Aid Kit at the survey location to treat 'on the spot' accidents to the level of the First Aid Certificate holders competence. The contents of the First Aid Kit is to be commensurate with the State, Territory or Country that the survey is being carried out. Remoteness from a medical facility will be the deciding factor.
1.6 All Company personnel are bound by State & Country O,S &H laws to take reasonable care of themselves and others at work.
1.7 The Company will research inherent local conditions and hazards & exercise reasonable care to minimise any risks which may occur as a result of work in that area.
1.8 Company will give OS&H considerations equal status with other Company business objectives.
1.9 The Company will provide facilities, safety equipment and develop safe working practices to ensure that hazards to personnel are minimised.
1.10 The Company will encourage all personnel to accept their responsibility to identify and protect personnel from hazards & to prevent injury to themselves and others.
1.11 The Company will provide appropriate health care and rehabilitation for all its personnel.
1.12 The Company will maintain a Drug and Alcohol free workplace policy for all Company personnel.
1.13 The Company will ensure that third parties clearly understand and adhere to the Company's OS&H policies.
1.14 The Company will provide company personnel with a controlled copy of the OS&H document to read. Personnel are then required to sign to acknowledge that it has been understood and that the policies and procedures will be accepted.
1.15 The Company will alert personnel to any changes to the OS&H Policy / Procedures document.
1.16 The Company will include OS&H considerations on the agenda at any management meetings.
1.17 The Company is committed to audit and continually improve OS&H Standards and Policies as required or at intervals not exceeding (18) months.
1.18 A Company audit may be triggered by an 'accident' or 'incident' of such a scale that the Company deems it necessary.
1.19 The Company or Company personnel will initiate an 'Incident' or 'Accident' Report followed by the Investigation and Acquittal on the form referred to in the O, S&H Procedures.
1.20 The Company agrees that all contractors working with them will be required to sign a statement that they understand and will adhere to the Company's OS&H Policies.
1.21 The Company may appoint an auditor to audit the Company OS&H performance in accordance with a specified Standard. This Standard may be an Act, Regulation or a Client set of conditions. Any Non Conformances to this audit will be directed to the Company for rectification.
2.2 The Company agrees to abide by any Acts, Regulations, Laws or Client imposed conditions under which it carries out its operations.
2.3 The Company agrees to audit and where appropriate, update and amend its environmental standards in the light of developing technology changes.
2.4 The Company will safely manage any waste products known to have a harmful effect on the environment.
2.5 The Company agrees to inform all personnel of their responsibilities in relation to Company environmental matters and to monitor their compliance.
2.6 The company agrees that all contractors working with them will be required to sign a statement that they understand and will adhere to the Company's Environmental Policy.
2.7 The Company is committed to audit and improve the Environmental Policy of the Company as required or at intervals not exceeding (18) months.
3.2 In order to implement its Best Operating Practices and Risk Management Policies, the Company will develop and retain top quality personnel, with management and technology skills.
3.3 The Company will provide competent advice and support to crew leaders and field personnel to help them achieve the high standards expected of the Company.
3.4 The Company will call on personnel who have had extensive experience in many difficult theatres of the world ie: Sweden, Ethiopia, PNG, Oman, India, Indonesia and Australia to assist in whatever area they are called to survey.
3.5 The Company is committed to provide GPX Staff with safe registered suitable vehicles to operate with spares & safety equipment commensurate with the areas of operation.
3.6 The Company is committed to provide GPX Staff with generator systems with all safety systems fully functional.
3.7 The Company is committed to provide GPX Staff with transmitting equipment with all safety systems fully functional.
3.8 The Company is committed to provide GPX Staff with sufficient well maintained field radio communication equipment.
3.9 The Company will audit and update its performance and equipment as required or at intervals not exceeding (18) months.
4.2 The Company will operate the Ground Geophysical Transmitters according to the Safety standard policy.
4.3 The Company will only employ trained personnel to operate the Ground Geophysical equipment.
4.4 The Company is committed to audit and improve its safety standards policies as is required or at intervals not exceeding (18) months.

As an O, S&H general statement of General Duty of Care the objectives are;
2) On arrival at an exploration site the Crew Leader shall contact the exploration manager or his representative and advise him of the following Rules regarding the survey.
3) The Crew Leader shall request that all people within the lease be advised of the dangers of the survey and instructed to avoid the survey area if possible.
4) All members of the survey shall carry a portable radio and maintain a listening watch at all times.
5) If possible a portable radio will be also be supplied to the Client.
6) The transmitter operator shall at all times follow the procedures out lined in the transmitter operations manual and the Safe Operating Procedure Manual for GGT series transmitters (attached).
7) The survey operations shall be stopped in the advent of rain, drifting mist or poor weather conditions.
8) All wiring to be used during the survey shall conform to standard electricity colours and be maintained in good condition.
9) All transmitter electrodes shall be clearly marked, fenced and flagged with DANGER tape.
10) The receiver operator shall control the operations of the survey and no work shall be carried out without the receiver operator's instructions.
11) The person the message was intended for shall confirm all radio messages.
12) No instructions shall be carried out without the above confirmation and the survey shall halt until this confirmation is received.
13) The transmitter operator can override the instructions of the receiver operator
in the event of an emergency or they decides the work conditions are not safe. In this case they shall safely shut down the transmitter operation and then advise the receiver operator.
14) At no time should a potential electrode (porous pot) be connected in the same vicinity as a connected transmitter electrode and vice a versa.
15) All wires not in use at any stage of the survey will be isolated from the equipment, electrodes and ground by placing the end of the wire above the ground.
16) No wire shall be connected or disconnected without the instructions from the receiver operator.
17) All wires crossing roads or access tracks shall be buried and flagged.
18) No wires shall be draped over grounded fences or other structures and these wires shall not come in contact with the fence or structural material.
19) The survey area shall be marked with High Voltage warning signs while the survey is in progress.
20) No one will approach the transmitter site without the permission of the transmitter operator.
21) All wires shall be separated from each other and not draped over trees as best as possible, depending on field conditions.
